In 2021, Thomas Building sponsored Alan Thomas as he completed the 135km trek over 5 days from Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse to Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse.
The event raised vital funds for zero2hero’s youth mental health programs, helping to make a significant difference in the lives of young people across Western Australia. Following the trek, Alan shared the physical and emotional challenges he faced, and more importantly, the insight he gained into the struggles of today’s youth.

Together, they raised over $117,000, which will go towards funding the training of school-aged children and teenagers with the skills to support their friends facing stress, anxiety, depression, bullying, self-harm, or suicidal thoughts.
