Thomas Building was contracted to construct a six-storey, 20 unit apartment block in Como. Construction began in January 2020 and was completed in April 2021. Considering that the building works were carried out during a very uncertain COVID year with its own special challenges, the project was handled, managed and organised exceptionally well and completed within time and cost expectations.

Alocasia Residences is the first project developed by Newleaf Homes in Australia and we must say working with the management, staff and the Site team of Thomas Building has been a very pleasant one right from the beginning to the end. The outcome is a positive one. And I can only attribute that to a very distinct Thomas Culture that permeates the whole organization from the very top with its own brand of very down to earth professionalism.
