The ground floor accommodates an undercover car park, one apartment, and dedicated storage, establishing a clean and functional base for the levels above. Levels 1 and 2 each deliver seven apartments with a consistent layout and design, creating a coherent residential environment that works as well for individual residents as it does as a whole. A conventional roof structure completes the building, providing long term durability and straightforward ongoing maintenance.
