A straightforward brief executed with precision – 15 apartments across three levels, designed and built for liveability, consistency, and durability.

The ground floor accommodates an undercover car park, one apartment, and dedicated storage, establishing a clean and functional base for the levels above. Levels 1 and 2 each deliver seven apartments with a consistent layout and design, creating a coherent residential environment that works as well for individual residents as it does as a whole. A conventional roof structure completes the building, providing long term durability and straightforward ongoing maintenance. Clean in its execution and considered in its detail, this project reflects our commitment to delivering medium density residential development that performs on every level.
