The Walcott Street apartments and commercial development contains eleven residential apartments, office units, and retail options. Completed in October 2019, this landmark building creates a unique architecturally designed streetscape. Constructed on a 776m² sloped block, with limited access on a busy corner section and within seven meters of high pressure gas main and high voltage power lines. Four level construction including lift installation and undercroft car parking. AFS logicwall product used as well as colorbond roofing.
