Project undertaken for Tambrey Developments on Bathgate Road, Nickol, Karratha WA. Construction consists of concrete tilt panel external walls with steel framed, metal clad roof. The commercial development includes IGA as the main tenant with additional retail tenancies including Kids Play Centre, Medical Practice and Pharmacy with associated external works. Designed by Hodge Collard Preston Architects.
