Design and Construct of multi- purpose Centre on two levels, consisting of general learning areas, art/science laboratories, assembly area and First floor administration/staff amenities. Constructed with pre-cast concrete wall panels finished with a mixture of texture coat render and feature cladding. Civil works including car parking, drainage and crossovers are to be completed as part of the project.
