Kalgoorlie Renal Hostel

Thomas Building is proud to have been awarded the contract for the new Kalgoorlie Renal Hostel. 

As a proud Western Australian builder, Thomas Building, is not only committed to building iconic Perth-based residential and commercial projects but is also honoured to support local WA trades and particularly, the local community with life-fulfilling opportunities.

The 19-bed renal hostel has been designed by Iredale Pederson Hook Architects and construction consists of five accommodation blocks and three amenity blocks.

As part of their building process, Thomas Building will ensure they recruit and employ local trades and consultants to assist with the construction, providing a short-term source of employment and opportunities to locals.

Thomas Building, whose head office is located in Perth and with a regional office in Karratha, is an award winning construction specialist that is highly supportive of regional development and facilities to support Indigenous Australians through the NYFL-Thomas Foundation.

Partnering with Ngarluma & Yindjibarndi Foundation LTD, the NYFL-Thomas strives to provide training platforms across construction projects in WA.

It is through the provision of community infrastructure, buildings, facilities and places of significance, NYFL-Thomas ensures long-term individual and community empowerment and security in a changing world.
