FLEXIBLE HOUSING
Thomas Building was awarded the tender to construct two accessible hostel buildings on a 2,225m² site, featuring steel wall frames, Colorbond roofing, Modwood privacy screens, and bariatric equipment to meet disability standards.
The project, completed ahead of schedule, utilised local subcontractors and suppliers to support the local economy and incorporated flexible design options.
