Resort-style accommodation for workers and tourists visiting Karratha.
Thomas Building managed the design, contract administration, and construction of 73 modular units in Stages 1A and 1B.
The project included building the reception and manager’s residence, constructing a pool with first aid and ablution facilities, and creating carports and recreation gazebos.
Additional work involved sinking the town water mains, extending the rising water mains, and installing an electrical transformer to meet the development’s needs.
