Thomas Building completed the complex Renal Unit within an operating hospital, with restricted access, on time and budget parameters. Thus, we are confident in recommending Thomas Building to other clients.

The project team had to deliver the project on time and within budget, and managed to do so even with the effects of a significant cyclone event and Covid pandemic during construction.

Thomas Building worked on a very tight budget, which we appreciated, and were able to deliver under budget with a few thousand dollars refunded at the end of the process; we could not have been happier with this result.

The outcome is a positive one. And I can only attributed that to a very distinct Thomas Culture that permeates the whole organization from the very top with its own brand of very down to earth professionalism.
